Defected furniture

I purchased a double bed from Kondorz furniture, Kharadi Pune, Its located near SBI ATM.

Now that bed have some defect and from last 1 month I am continously calling them but they are not giving proper response.

Please dont go for this furniture house, I am telling my personal exp they will not provide any service.

At the time of buying they asked for 7 yrs warranty but I called them so many times and not getting response.

Fully bakwas furniture house in Pune.
