Lotus Cargo
Air cargo not recieved

I sent my air cargo (matress) through Lotus cargo fron Bahrain on 13-10 till date I have not received my material. Every time they are telling us to wait one week and this week... this week like that we completed 4 months.

The invoice number is 33380 dated 13-10, We are worried whether we get our material safely or not?
