I purchased a L shaped corner sofa from M/S. FAIZ & CO, KARUNEEGAR STREET, PNB building, Adambakkam who has displayed his stall in Trade centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai for Rs.30, 000 in 3 rd week of October. The sofa was delivered only on 27th Nov'2010. One of the corner sofa cushion has caved in and unfit for use within purchase of 1 month. The dealer is giving response over phone when contacted but dilly-dallying till now about the repair. Guarantee is committed for 5 to 10 years but no one comes for rescue. I have personally visited the shop on 20.12.2010 but no response from the owner or sales person till 07.01.2011.
No one should purchase any items from FAIZ & CO., otherwise the person who is buying will be in deep trouble with no after sales service.
All consumers kindly note down the above company and for God's sake dont purchase any item from trade fair. I think they are pushing all defective items in the name of trade fair.
