I Kunal Kumar Verma purchased one BED and a WARDROBE two months ago on 23/6 from UNIQUE INDUSTRIES MOBEL FURNITURE, 3rd FLOOR 52/6, PARVATI RESORT, VIP ROAD KOLKATA-700059 .On delivery of goods i had noticed some defect in finishing and fitting in both Bed & Wardobe. It had some cracks at few places, the allignment was not proper, glass fitting was not proper, some screw adjustment problem, wardrobe door is not alligned properly and several minor fitting issues. I had made several complains regarding this to Mobel furniture but every time they are making some silly excuses and I was left with no response. I made several phone calls to Mobel Furniture and even personally made complains but they are providing no response in this regard. My Bill/Order No.is-1260, Payment Details -MR No.-CHQ/CC 1057 Dated -23/5 of Rs 5000/- as advance & MR No.- CHQ/CC 944 Dated -23/6. Rs 63000/- as final payment. So please do necessary in this regard. I want a quick response in this regard as i am mentally very disturbed with this problem.
