Not replying after taking advance payment

I ask them to do Auto-loan website for my BPO, they took full payment in advance but after it they did not gave complate project source code and also not ready to talk. they said they do not work with small clients. Anand nair is CEO who is not ready to meet me face to face and talk on it. they are fake company and doing wrong things with clients. please do not work with MILECORE Technologies.
