We are the Ex-Employees of Noah Solutions Pvt. Ltd., during settlement they have given dues salary cheques, some has to get 5 months and some has to get 3 months etc.. they have given cheques for more than 3 months some have got 6 cheques some have 9 cheques till September. When we deposit in banks the cheques are Bouncing saying that Insufficient Funds. When we go and ask they are not replying back in good manner and also telling that when we have amount we give, they are not giving specific dates, they were literally cheating us. Also they haven’t paid TDS (IT Returns), but they have cut from our salaries, this is the legal conspiracy according to IT. When we go and ask for the TDS Certificate they just tell we haven’t paid.
Chairman stays in USA, his name is Arun Abrahim, MD Stays in Hyderabad, her name is Sophia R Chavva both are husband and wife, chairman comes alternate month and stays for 1 week and go, he is running same company with different name as Noah Consulting in USA, he is one of the partner in that company. He is not in the main role because he is H1 holder, he won't bother about for all these.
They are the Doing Fraud and Cheating the People in India and also government. They are the defaulters in Banks. MD her name is in Crisil and Cebil which is the defaulters list to the Bank, She wont have good repetution anywhere, She dont know how to talk with the people, she is having very much proud.
