BEWARE! Drishti- soft dialer is a full on scam. This is a glorified VC dialer. Uses modified source codes of open source VC dialer/Easy dialer and Sugar CRM freely avaibale online. It doesn't use only Astrerix PBX unlike big companies as ASPECT /AVAYA which is why it has got same call logging problem. The company is full on scam having no after sales chat support online or free support offline. Strikes deal for premises based dialer but delivers hosted Virtual dialers with a pseudo application and flashy names as Ameyo /Dacx etc.and installs in the local server of the client while giving client an impression that its a premises based software. Meaning, they can deactivate your license even after you buy the software and then charge you a bomb for activating the software again. They indulge in all murky transactions during taking payment. Collect payments in the name of another company called Cohesive Technologies (p) Ltd and provide no legal paper license of Drishti –Soft ever.
Enforcement Directorate should be called for investigation to unearth their murky deals and NASSCOM should be questioned for giving them awards which they always brag about.
