CMC HOSPITAL - ISO-9001 hospital
My father was had a heart attack on 22nd Non in morning and was taken to CMC hospital hisar around 5.30 AM.He was taken to ICU unit where he was to be given the best treatment to survive. The ICU incharge available on duty was a BAMS doctor and the senior doctor was not available. To give medicine to my father there was no water available which on asking the incharge - told us to take water from the water cooler outside the ICU.
The senior Doctor arrived at 8.00am when we were told that the chances of survival were very less.my father passed away at 8.25 am.
Is this how an ISO 9001 - a multi specialty hospital works. Even water not available in ICU unit for providing water to critical patient???
Such hospital are killing stations where even the critial illness is taken casually. Severe action should be taken against the management for behaving irresponsible and taking the emergencycase with negligence.
