Non-refund of money even when no treatment was taken

Hi

I went to Dr. batra's positive health clinic at kormangla, bangalore on 03/06 for hair loss treatment and made an advance payment of Rs.4000 through my debit card. My patient code is 214600323658. Bill no. is KOR�9-1010118 .On getting pathetic feedback from other patients i changed my mind to continue with the treatment the very next day. I had a discussion with DR. RADHIKA BHONSLE who promised me full refund of the money within 45 days. Its been more than 50 days and everytime i call or visit the clinic the same employee who pissed me every hour for the remaining balance does not respond properly to the calls and visit.

My treatment was never started and it was discontinued because only 4 months advance was given but what they were looking at was a full 12 month fee before even starting the treatment.

Please help me in getting my hard earned money back. Thank you.
