Subject: Complaint launching in refernce to K M Dastur Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. &
DLF Pramerica Life Insurance for not accepting my Freelook Procedure.
I Myself Mrs. Sarika Vidyanand Nangre had applied a policy with (Star Combo) Star Shriram Life Insurance from the Broking firm K M Dastur Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. in the month of August dated 06th 2011 with the correct information given to them with proper documents as 1 Photograph, 1 Pancard Zerox, 1 Ration Card Zerox for applying the Policy Named Star Shriram Combo for Mediclaim & Life Insurance as well as with duely signed the application form from my side.
Where when i have received the policy dated as on 08 November i have came to known as the K M Dastur Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.had issued & applied my proposal for the Life Insurance Policy that to with DLF Pramerica Life Insurance without asking me & by not informing me about the said policy & i had also received the verification call from there point of side were i had regreted for the proposal for the same than to now i had came to know that they have applied my policy for an Life Insurance Product with DLF Pramerica Life Insurance with the product of DLF Pramerica Dhan Suraksha for the Policy Term of 20 Years with same as Premium Paying Term.
I had visited the DLF Pramerica Life Insurance office situated at Andheri Kurla Road for Cancelling the said policy as FreeLook Procedure whrere they are also deniying for accepting the Cancelliation procedure & that to K M Dastur Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.also is not helping & also denying for the Cancellation Procedure where i contacted to Branch Manager Mr. Sachin Ubale with Contact No. 9324221623 of the Broking firm.
Please Kindly help me out in the whole scenarieo for getting my amount reverse which i had paid.
