I foolishly sent for a SAMPLE bottle of a pain relief spray from the above company, which I received very quickly afrer giving my credit card details for £9.99, in the hope that it would help my husbands leg. We have now found that we have signed up to have the charge of 79.99 POUNDS STERLING deducted from our account each MONTH for a file 30ml of mixed oils mostly Champhor, and a small pack of wipes impregnated with the same oil. On querying the charge of POUNDS STERLING have been told that the DOLLAR CONVERTION for 79.99 DOLLARS is the same as POUNDS STERLING. We have today lodged a complaint with the company but the slick sales dept, is ready with the "legal sales" jargon that it is contained in the conditions (which we accepted) by ticking a box... I dont remember ticking no box. that we have signed up for monthly charges for the same size spray 30ml, and a small pack of tissues at the cost of 79.99 POUNDS STERLING!!! We will be placing a legal block on this company debiting our account as soon as the bank opens in the morning. In the meantime can anything else be done to stop thsi company ripping people off like this.?
