My LIC Policy No- 255350248 Policy Holder Name - Shashi kant.& Serving Branch : 2006 (Rajendra Nagar Ghaziabad U.P.)

My Jan. Premium due paid two time .i have gotted received of renewal premium receipt which amount paid by internet banking as on dated - 10.01.12, but this also paid by credit card as dated - 19.01.12 but i donot get any received so .i request to you please you adjusted in my remaining amount in my next due LIC Premium June- 2012.
