Alok Bharti is a person has done fraud with many of his ex employees including me.
He is the biggest fraud i have ever seen. I joined AR bharti on 9th july and i worked there for one month. After completing of a month when there was no information of salary I asked him for the salary. He said he doesnt have money and this will take time. When I said its getting difficult working with out the salary he said that he could give me some cash like Rs. 1500. I was shocked and felt as if I am working at a sabzi wala store. He was doing this with other employees as well and other employees refused to work and I joined them. He then fired me without paying me the salary on the basis of provoking other employees not to work. He used to call me to work on sundays with out paying me the money. After getting fired he said that he will send me a notice and after I reply to the notice he will give me the salary in 45 days. I sent him my address, he did not send anything and now he even refuses to pick up my calls. I got to know from other employees that he does this with other employees as well and he has kept money of lot of ex employees. Pleasemlook into this matter since he is a fraud and he has not payed salary of lot of ex employees without clearing their dues. He is a cheat. Bought a car but did not pay salary to employees.
