Hi,
This is the complaint against axis bank, On 29 september i shopped one bag from one of the E-commerce website (yebhi.com) order no-YBH622281 but amount debited from my account twice. I called yebhi.com they asked me to send my debit card statement which was showing that amount has been deducted twice when i send that they told me that they received the amount only once... now i am trying to call axis bank but no one is responding.this is the details i got from Yebhi.com
Please let me know what should i do get my money back
