BSNL: Bad & ineffecient response from customer care & very poor service

The internet stops working on 3rd June. its 6th June & still its not working.. I have been spending hours on the phone talking to the customer care. & each one disconnects the call. All they did was they kept transffering me to all possible departments & the last guy disconnects the call. One of the guy's name is Tejs. The number i called was 08022231600. I still dont have internet.. The customer care has no idea what to do.
