I have got broadband internet connection from bsnl from 1 year. my land line tel no is 0278-2429869. from dt 20-05 broadband getting disconnected frequently i.e. about each one or two minutes. I have lodged so many complaints with local exchange and district manager, nodal officer and appellate authority of bsnl. but till today my complaint not solved. I am thinking to change service provider. because in bsnl no one is there to hear and solve complaints of the customers who pays heavy bills.
