I have applied for BSNL broadband connection (ph 02525-263277) on 17th june. 20 days back concerned person gave me user id and password.but till now it is not connected and activated.every time i approch him the answere was today it would be done.i am really sick of this.adsl link is not coming and nobody is looking afterthis. i am in a dilemma whether to continue with my connection or to disconnect. Please help in this regard.
