IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR

When I applied for a new broadband connection, the agent Madhu-(7899992180) told me that I would receive the connection within 5 working days.(He called me on July 22.)

The next day (July 23rd 2011) as per the appointment, another his agent (Basava Raj-Number-7899728239) came and collected the advance amount (INR 500/-) and the application form and tells me that I would get the connection in 5 working days and a message with the work order number by Monday (July 25th)

I got the message with the work order number 89036411 on Tuesday (July 26th) and the person informed me that I would get the landline first and then the internet connection after some time (no days mentioned because she doesn't know how many days it would be) and this is contrary to what the agent Madhu has informed.(5 working days internet connection would be setup)

Then on the 5th working day July 29th I again call the person Madhu, his number is switched off continuously, then I call BasavaRaj (who took my application form) and his number is switched off too.

I call Madhu's number again and someone else picks up the call stating that it would again take 5 working days. Why would not anyone have a clear idea about the actual process and how long it actually takes?

Today (05-08) when I call the customer care:

1.When I call the customer care, they do not know which number I should contact to get the order status of my application.

2.They do not know which BSNL office would take care of my application even after I mentioned my area name.

3.They do not have a track of my order status.

4.The phone numbers they provide would either be not working, unreachable or switched off.

5.They do not have the latest contact numbers of any offices.

6.The BSNL offices to which I luckily get connected would not have a track of my application or the call would be disconnected in the middle of the conversation.

Why would they not keep the customers informed about the difficulties they are facing to improve their service or Why don't they take a step to offer better customer services or at least have more knowledgeable customer service personnel or at least train their existing staff for handling the customer calls better?

Please let me know the appropriate email address, phone number to put forward this complaint and also note that my connection is still not setup till date.

I even went up to the AGM level and still she was not able to help me out. I want my connection set up or want my money to be refunded. These are the details of the person (AGM) whom I have contacted:
