WIRELESS MODEM

Dear Sir,

I have taken a new Broadband connection from BSNL SHIVALIK NAGAR (Haridwar, Uttrakhand)) office recently & applied for a wireless modem. They provided me the wired modem saying that the wireless modem is not available right now & u will get it in next 4~5 days & we will replace the wired modem soon. But its almost a month now & they are not changing it causing a great problem to me.

Kindly look into the matter & arrange to get it rectified soon.
