I am using BSNL Broadband since last year, on 30th of August it had some problem (Error No - 678) for which I placed a complaint on BSNL Broadband Fault Booking 1504 vide complaint no 1000922494 dated 02nd of September at 17.15 Hrs, but to the utter surprise till date after regular telephonic traceing the problem has not been solved, & now the BSNL persons are not replying over phone also.
Few numbers on which I have been calling regularly are below:-
Mr Sudhir (JE for Broadband) 91-9416026002 & Landline 91-124-2339336
Mr GM/DGM 91-9416000224 & Landline 91-124-2333399
These phones are continuosly ringing but nobody is there to reply.
So, please help, what to do.??? I am totally feed up with the service of BSNL.
