From the days I took Land line and broad band connection for my Internet cafe I have been facing both landlines and internet connection due to this i had to face complaints from my internet user... I lodged many complaints thrice in months ..sometimes it was solved again..same problem from next month starts..Its very ridiculous..The customer care of BSNL is not good ..they don't talk with us nicely and we know better that they get salary easily... the customer care employee is not there to support us only they take complaints..that's it.and we don't know when it will be solved. I am so much tired in making complaints every-time. I have to pay monthly landlines and broadband too..now thinking to surrender the connection.
