Broadband 750 UL speed is very less

I am a broadband user under the 750 UL scheme in the kayamkulam area of Alappuzha Dist, kerala state.. The speed is very low say 50-60 Kbps only. Though BSNL claims the speed to be 256 Kbps. It is utter cheating by BSNL. I request the authorities to do the needful to provide the assured speed to its consumers.
