BSNL usage details at http://data.bsnl.in shows me that I have downloaded a large amount of content in 1 and 1/2 hr during night. This usage details showed up to me even before the day of usage has come. BSNL authorities accepted that it was a transaction error but failed to rectify my problem saying that it has been used by me. I need proper action regarding this and they should correct their code base and data base so that these kind of errors might not happen in the future and they should aim at providing a better customer Care.
