BSNL Broadband is not working since August'2009. Still bsnl customer care not responding for my query. I called and fight with bsnl many times but no response. When i call bsnl every time they gave me some landline numbers which are follows,

24710123
24850143
After a huge number of attempts i got the reason for the disconnection of broadband from an assistant engineer. He told that the connection has been cut due to late payment. But evenafter i paid the amount, BSNL authorities didn't resume the connection till now. I registered the complaint in this regard in all the possible ways (this is my job ticket i got - 88471540, e-mail, customercare officer, complaint-byperson). But i got a big "NO RESPONSE".
But, Please note that i received the bill exactly on the bill date till now, for this disconnected connection.
I would like to have an idea from you people on how to solve this issue.
