I have bsnl broadband plan c and my telephone no. 01602284103 is not working from two months. I have give so many written complaints to SDO BSNL kharar but nothing has done so far. Most of the time they make excuse of severage problem in my area but this problem is already solved ages ago. I request you please help me solve this problem.
