THIRD (POOR) SERVICE AND NO ONE LISTEN THE COMPLAINT IN BSNL OFFICE

MY PHONE NO 02645-234545 . I HAVE THE PROBLEM OF LOT OF VOICE DISTURBANCES AND UNABLE TO LISTEN VOICE AND ALONG WITH THIS BROADBAND IS DISCONNECTING ANY TIME DURING SERFING. I HAVE MADE COMPAINT TO MY EXCHANGE BUT NOT SOLVED, AGAIN I COMPLAINT TO JTO (Mr. BHATT) BUT HE TOLD ME TO COMPAINT TO HIS LOCAL EXCHANGE SO COMPLAINT TO MAIN EXCHANGE BHARUCH CITY STILL NO ONE ASK ME ABOUT COMPLAINT, SO I EMAIL EVEN TO AHEMDABD GUJARAT OFFICE BY MAIL BUT NO IMPROMENT AND VERY SLOW RESPONSE. I AM COMPLEATLLY UNSATIFAY WITH BSNL SERVICE AND RESPONCE. I AM ALSO USING RELIACE BROADBAND AND FOUND THAT RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICE IS TOO GOOD AND ALSO ITS COMPLAINTS RESOND IS SO FAST WITH IN 24 HRS IT GET SOLVE BUT BSNL SO MANY MONTHS PASSED SAME PROBLEM.
