MY PHONE LINE IS DEAD FROM 4-JUNE AND STILL IT NOT RESOLVED . NO RESPONSE FROM BSNL . THEY JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER PERSON NO. NO ONE IS LOOKING IN THIS MATTER AND THE EMPLOYS HAS DON'T KNOW THE HOW TO WAY TO TALK . PHONE IS STARTING AND AFTER 10/15MIN IT'S DEAD AGAIN AND ALSO MY BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING . THEN WHY I WILL PAY RENT FOR HOLE MONTH .
