EXCESSIVE BILL AMOUNT

I AM BSNL BROADBAND USER. I GOT BROADBAND CONNECTION IN MARCH. THEN ONWARDS M CHARGED WITH EXCESSIVE BILL AMOUNTS. WHEN CONTACTED TO THE BSNL OFFICE I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE BILL. THE BILL AMOUNT CAN BE CROSS CHEKED ONLINE. BUT THERE ALSO PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN MADE. MY ONLINE ACCOUNT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TOPIC TO BSNL HIGHER AUTHORITY. BUT THE REPLY I GOT WAS "WE CANT DO ANYTHING. IF YOU NEED YOU PAY THE BILL. WE HAVE EMAILED YOUR PROBLEM TO BANGLORE OFFICE. IF THEY SOLVE IT ITS OK ELSE ASSUME THE EXCESS AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID AS DONATION TO GOVERNMENT OF INDIA."

I REQUEST CONSUMER FORUM TO HELP ME IN THE ABOVE CONCERN MATTER.
