TECHINSANS .ON TALKING ON 07172270811 CUSTOMER CARE TELLING TO DO COMPLAINT ON NET WHICH WILL ALSO NOT SOLVE VERY SOON.
THIS IS HOW BSNL TREATING THE CUSTOMER AS I AM HP GAS DISTRIBUTOR IN THE CITY VARIOUS TYPE OF CUSTOMER APPROCHES TO ME WITH VARIOUS PROBLEMS I NEVER TELL CUSTOMER NOT TO TALK DIRECTLY TO ME, BUT INCHARGE OF BROAD BAND OFFICER MR WASNIK ON TELLING MY PROBLEMS TELLS HOW YOU GOT MY CELL NO, DONT CALL ME DIRECTLY IT SHOWS HOW SERIOUS IS HE IN HIS WORK .IF SUCH THING GO HAPPENING FROM BSNL OFFICER WHERE THE ORDINARY CUSTOMER WILL CALL, VERY FASTLY BSNL WILL BE OUT OF MARKET .
