I am a broadband customer of BSNL. (033249827760 But it has regular problems in its land line. When I am making any complain to the broadband service person they used to say it is not there problem, and if I making complain to the land line service person I have to make call several times. Even my land line handset defective for several months. The customer care cell phone no are always out of service / not available. Please advice what I can do if your service is also not fake!
