I hired WWW.SPARXITSOLUTION.COM over two years ago to design my website and create online design tools so my customers can design their signs, banners and decals online. I showed them some of my compeditors design tools and SPARXITSOLUTIONS.COM said they can design something just like that and better. Prashant Sengar, the owner of the company called me to discuss the project in detail then sent me a signed a contract saying all would be completed in 39 working days. After reviewing the contract I paid them $5160 USD on October 30 to get started on the project.
It has now been OVER TWO YEARS and After 100's of emails and online chats to get the project completed, it is still not Completed. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I also had to purchase clipart for the tool and even paid my employee to install them to the design tool. This cost me over $1000 and now they stopped work and kept the tool with my artwork.
They refuse to refund me, stopped responding to my emails, and wont complete the job they agreed to complete. The total money I am requesting refunded is $6160 USD or finish what they promised in their signed contract.
