Over bill

I am use bsnl broadband from 10 May. to 10 July

My plan was 500c 250 = 750. I never use more than allowed GB in above duration. But when my bill com, i check that my bill come above 750 . And after I returned moderm I getting bill continues incuding internet using. So I submited my all bills in Panniyankara Branch. Already I paid extra bills after the quit internet. why this bill? Give me clarification immediately

and So Please tell me solution about this.
