I have BSNL broadband 900 plan, according to which i should get a minimum downloading speed of 512 kbps, but i hardly get it, in fact i am getting a speed of 29 kbps, if that is not enough my net gets disconnected every 5 mins, which is very annoying, it has been 3 months since i got the connection and the problem is since day 1. I have gone to regional office more than 20 times, i have submitted numerous complaints but to no avail, they keep delaying. I really feel cheated.
