Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a bsnl connection at home (0129-2440100) & also using broadband with it. My phone is dead from 12.11.2010. I have made complaints at bsnl (sec-23 exchange) many times but no satisfactory result. i went to SDO 3 times & every time he gave me assurance to resolve the same with in 2 days, but the result was same. No action has been taken yet. please look into the matter. BSNL is the most bad service provider company.
