Non-activation of GPRS PRE

Sir,

I have prepaid BSNL mobile No.9406747100. I am trying for activation of BSNL GPRS servises since 04-12 for which I am sending every day an SMS to 53733. In reply from BSNL Support every time I receive the message that my request already under procces.

I have made maney efforts to contact 1503 and 24365. On holding my calls to these numbers from 4 minutes to 16 minutes I get no succes till date 16-12.
