Dear Sir,
We are BSNL Customers having 1 landline (04324-227235), 2 cell phones (9443702079 and 9487572079) and Data one unlimited broadband internet connection.
The land line is not functioning for the past 3 months (from Sep 2010), I have given complaint regarding this through phone, in person so many times but no action has been taken yet. The said the connection was broken due to rain and will be restored soon but i has not been restored till now.
We were paying Rs 1000 (700 300) per month for the internet and phone; We were paying this amount in-spite of the telephone/internet are not working. Is there any way we can get refund of this amount as the connection is not available for no fault of ours. So far we paid Rs 3000 for nothing (didn't get any service). Since there was no action taken so far we have changed the internet plan to Rs 250 per month, so that at-least we will donate less money to BSNL every month.
Please help us in this regard and let us know how to get the connection restored and get the credit for our unused payments.

Note: We have taken temporary internet connection from SIFY so that we can continue our work and doesn't jeopardize it with highly unreliable BSNL customer service.
