This is Rakesh, I took my broadband connection on 25 nov. I paid money 1250 as caution deposit and
bought wi fi modem for 1800 on my own, at the time of connection they provide modem but not instrument (telephone instument)
Technician said you have to buy instrument on u r own expenses.
I called to customer care yesterday they said 500 750 you paid so will get instument compulsory. As you deposited 500 as
telephone caution deposit.
I visited nearby BSNL office they said 1250 you paid is for BB connection as caution deposit, if want instrument now pay 500 we will provide it.
I am dilemma whether i will get instrument for 1250 or not please clarify my query.
