Phone line being dead & internet problems

Dear sir

we have a land line connection with bsnl kanpur no 2542232.from past few months it is dead. We have also done many complaint in 198 but not received any responses. And due this internet service connection is also weak and gets disconnected very shortly. Also people working receive phone calls very late the bell keeps on going but only sometimes they receive most of the times they have excuses and tell the worker will come tomorrow but nobody is there the next day. Also there is regular monthly bill which needs to be submitted. So i hope you take decision as early as possible.
