Wrong billing of Broad band charges for 244429

Sir

I have paid the annual yealy charges of broad band for home UL plan-750 of Rs 7500.00 in the month of October'2010. But again monthly charges of Rs750.00 has been charged for the month of October'10 by BSNL Sidhi. please do the needful to rectify the problem.
