Username and password not received

I want my username and password for selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in site, on which i had registered 2 weeks before and still not received my password so please help in issuing me my password as soon as u can because without this password i m unable to check my broadband usage . so send my username and password on my email soon because local authorities response is not satisfactory
