Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that i have already contacted BSNL Customer care to unsubscribe this GOD (Games on demand) plan. In fact we got a call from BSNL before few months regarding this that we could download games for Free so i registered but later in the month of September, we got charged Rs.200/- for this plan. Though we have not downloaded any games, we are forced to charge this amount which is merely useless. In fact contacted BSNL customer care to unsubscribe this plan, proper response has not been given. If again in this month i got charged for this plan, Then we may need to disconnect total BSNL service and should look after another provider. So kindly unsubscribe this plan at the earliest possible which is not at all useful for us. If this plan persists, we cannot pay anymore amount for this plan. So please unsubscribe my account.
