Cancellation of game on demand

I want to disconnect the bsnl game in demand service.

i had rang up the toll free number 18004250500.

they responded and to do the certain work on my computer.

but i am not a qualified computer operator nor knowledge about computer game.

so i request to disconnect the game on demand immediately from their side.
