My land line phone bearing No. 24577878 was shifted to new premises 23347879 from Kurmaguda, Saidabad, Hyderabad to Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad.
Though basic phone was shifted but Broadband Home Combo 500 Plan at 2Mbps seed is not yet shifted to my new premises.
After numerous telephoe calls, I came to know that BSNL authorities through the connection of broadband in Jamper P3 instead of P2.
What ever be the reason. The custmer is facing lot of inconveniance due to lack of knowledge or lethargic attitute of BSNL authorites.
Kindly arrange to fix the responsibilites on the officials who fail to act properly and arrange to shift my broadband connection immediately.
Necessary charges for not effecting connection may also be deducted from my next bill.
