BSNL 3G balance got null without usage and before vailidity

Hi There,

I am Tanuja Kharche. I am facing very disappointing reponse from BSNL officer. I have done top up for my BSNL 3G Data card on 1 may with 400 Rs vourcher (1GB)

The top up was successful, on 3 maythe balance got null without full usage and before the validity period.

I have logged complaint in Customer care at Bajirao Road center, near tilak road, pune on 7 May. Daily calling to the brach and not getting the satisfactory response. Still I am not been provided the refund balance.

Request you to please look into this aggrsively and rebalance my 3G card with proper validity date or please refund the money.
