I took a BSNL broadband connection for my no 07161222598 in Sep my bill plan is BBG FN 500.I recieved my first bill for month of SEP after 4 months in Jan for RS.5255, which I already paid. Now my total bill from OCT to April is RS 28406.If I would have recived the bill on time I would have cancelled the connection immediately, but since i recieved the bill so late i could not do so. I also contacted the BSNL office in my area regarding this problem but didnt recive any help. I find no reason to pay the bill as it was a mistake at your end as BSNL sent me the bill 4 months late. So i request you to consider this and wave off all these charges.
