I have been using BSNL 3g data card for 6 months with the initially opted plan of unlimited usage for Rs. 1359/- per month excluding service tax. Recently they have changed the tariff plans 1 or 2 months back limiting data usage to 15 gb (anytime) for my plan. The billing is as said above till last month, whereas this month i got a bill for an amount Rs. 24, 550/- which is impossible because my data usage is not more than 8 gb (according to my download history and log statistics in data card).
What action can be taken and how to proceed in this issue as i cannot pay this much. Anyway i have decided to get disconnected this today only.
