A complaint of excess meter reading of broadband connection of 221860 was filed on 25.3.2011 (Bill Rs.3444.71), in which I was demanded complete bill detail since installation of B/B connection i.e. from 17.12.10 to 31.3.11). But I am sorry to say that till todate instead of receiving any detail I have received another bill no. 10037148990011 dt. 14/5 for Rs.5531/-, payable by 6/6). My Broadband connection has also been disconnected from 7/6.
Pl note that without receiving complete detail of all calls, I will not pay the bill. So kindly send the detail immediately to avoid further litigations.
