Cannot open Selfcare Portal

My landline along with STD number is 03462-257850. But lately for three days I am unable to login to Selfcare portal. Every time I tried, it showed that either the username or the password was wrong. Though with the same password and the userid was effective in 1st August. Now I don't know what to do. It is necessary to open the Portal to check my broadband usage frequently. Please look into the matter.
