I have a BSNL 3G data card and I am using it since last 6 months. On 7th August I recharged it by 606/- data plan which gives 6gb data usage. From that I 1gb can be used on day time and 5gb can be at night time. I used about 600Mb data out of it till 18 August. on 19th August I lost all the data usage due to some technical error in BSNL. Now I am complainting to the company customer care but no one is responding me properly and I am not getting my lost data back in my account. I have validity of 1 month only for using this data and I lost almost one week out of it. So for that I am complaining here against BSNL.
