Delay in new connection

Hi,

Im facing very bad experiece with BSNL people, they are giving very rude answers. Past 10days they are telling that will come and give new connection. everyday same answer, i called to number 044-22232222, one lady will handle all calls and will not give proper answer. finally i beg her and got lineman number, he is Mr. Vakrisami#9445685595, he is only one person available in this area and alwas on leave.

I called above number, they said we are coming, however they'll not come. if we call again, they'll give same kind of answer they are coming... god only know when they are coming. so i wasted my valuble time belaving these people.

Please make these people to work properly, like pravate organazations.

There people feel shame that everyone scholding them, however they will not change their attitude.

Please take proper action on them to give correct service.
